Hydraulic hammer breaker cover patent

My two sons, Navinu Koswatta and Dihen Koswatta, are the creators of this invention. Navinu is 15 years old and is currently in the 10th grade, while Dihen is in 4th grade. The idea for this product came to Navinu when he remembered when he was younger he got hit in the face by a small rock near his eye due to a hydraulic hammer breaker at my construction site in Dambulla, Sri Lanka. This incident inspired him to work with his younger brother to create a solution to prevent similar accidents. The product was developed with everyone's safety in mind, as it could have been much more dangerous.

The safety of people, vehicles, and the surrounding area is of utmost importance when using heavy-duty equipment like hydraulic breaker hammers. One common issue is that rocks, concrete, or other debris can fly out when the hammer is in use, posing a serious danger to anyone in the area. That's why l've designed a hydraulic breaker hammer cover that can prevent these hazards. Unlike an excavator window guard that only protects the operator, this cover keeps everyone safe by containing all the debris and dropping it right where it came from, and there won't be dust flying around from it. Without this cover, the risk of injury and damage to property is high. A fast-flying rock can cause significant damage to vehicles, and even worse, permanently damage someone.

The cover is made from four materials that are pressed together very compactly. These materials are some of the best for the cover, as they are very durable and flexible. The cover is heat-resistant, weather-resistant, and impact-proof, so debris doesn't fly away. Additionally, the materials inside prevent dust from escaping.

The product is highly durable and can withstand heat, rain, and various weather conditions. After being tested for 75 hours, only a small amount of damage was found on the bottom, but it was still usable. Depending on the nature of the job, it could last for either 50 or 75 hours. It may take a little time to get used to, but after an hour of using it, one will understand. If the operator is inexperienced, they could damage the cover within the first 2 hours.
